We use our proprietary version of RAD – Rapid Application Development. RAD is a process whereby a useable system can be delivered to the client in as little as 60 to 90 days. Our version forces an early agreement on scope – what is a “must have” and what is a “nice to have.” By building consensus early, we protect the project from changes (a.k.a. “scope creep”), and by project managing rigorously we deliver the application on-time and under budget.
